If you are not fully happy with your order, email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition.
 Once the product is returned to KHROMIS, you will be entitled to receive a refund net of the Refund Fee and Prescription Lens Fee, where applicable. Items that are not in original condition or appeared previously used are not eligible for refunds.

  • Hong Kong Returns


There will be no Refund Fee for orders in Hong Kong. You can either drop your return into our Flagship store at 1 Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong SAR, China; or email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and fill in the enclosed courier form to use for the return shipment.




  • Rest of International Returns


International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. No additional Refund Fee will be applied.

Returns typically take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have confirmed received of your return, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
