If you are not fully happy with your order, email our Customer Service Team at email@example.com and you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition. Once the product is returned to KHROMIS, you will be entitled to receive a refund net of the Refund Fee and Prescription Lens Fee, where applicable. Items that are not in original condition or appeared previously used are not eligible for refunds.
Prescription Lens Fee
For orders with Essilor Anti-UV lens, a Prescription Lens Fee of US$50 will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders with Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens, a Prescription Lens Fee of US$100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Fee for Returns
- Hong Kong Returns
There will be no Refund Fee for orders in Hong Kong. You can either drop your return into our Flagship store at 1 Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong; or email our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and fill in the enclosed courier form to use for the return shipment.
- US, UK and Canada Returns
Email us at email@example.com and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A Refund Fee of US $20 will be deducted from your refund per order to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
- Rest of International Returns
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. No additional Refund Fee will be applied.
Returns typically take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have confirmed received of your return, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
