You can check the progress of your order by logging into your KHROMIS account on our website and then click “My Orders” in the menu on the left side of the page, the current status of your KHROMIS orders will be displayed. All orders are shipped with KHROMIS eyewear case and KHROMIS microfiber cleaning cloth inside KHROMIS package box. In the case of KHROMIS sunglasses, an additional microfiber pouch will be included, and for all KHROMIS clip-on, it will include our signature clip-on case and microfiber pouch.
KHROMIS offers Non-Prescription optical eyewear and Non-Prescription Sunglasses.
All KHROMIS eyewear are Made in Japan to ensure high quality and precise craftsmanship as well as comfort.

Please note that your order might face additional charges upon importation clearance at the country of destination. The receiver will be contacted by our shipping partners for the standard rate of importing goods, and it is subject to change.
KHROMIS online shop displays prices free of any duty and taxes. As KHROMIS ships all online orders from Hong Kong, international customers are responsible to pay their respective local duties and taxes.
As customs policies and import duties vary between different counties, international customers should contact your local customs office for current duties and custom tax charges.
International customers are responsible for any parcels returned to KHROMIS due to unpaid customer charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, although it’s often shorter. Depending on the shipping destination, we use FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT for international orders. Orders for Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 3-5 business days. All items in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 14 business days upon the confirmation of your order.
You’ll receive a tracking number shortly after shipping is dispatched, so you can check on the status of your shipment.
Please note that delivery times are only for references only. KHROMIS is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to customs clearance etc. For International orders, please account for extra time and ensure you are available to provide any additional information to customs.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 10 business days from the day of the dispatch confirmation email, so that we can claim against the delivery courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Please see the "Return" page for further details or contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected].
Free shipping is offered to all orders shipped within Hong Kong.
Additionally, for single net order over US$400, free shipping will be offered to all international shipping destinations. For order less than US$400, international delivery will be charged at a flat rate between US$10 to US$20, depending on final shipping destination.
If you are not fully happy with your order, email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition. Once the product is returned to KHROMIS, you will be entitled to receive a refund net of the Refund Fee, where applicable. Items that are not in original condition or appeared previously used are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Fee for Returns
- Hong Kong Returns
There will be no Refund Fee for orders in Hong Kong. You can email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and fill in the enclosed courier form to use for the return shipment.
- Rest of International Returns
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. No additional Refund Fee will be applied.
Returns typically take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have confirmed received of your return, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
