KHROMIS online shop displays prices free of any duty and taxes. As KHROMIS ships all online orders from Hong Kong, international customers are responsible to pay their respective local duties and taxes.
As customs policies and import duties vary between different counties, international customers should contact your local customs office for current duties and custom tax charges.
International customers are responsible for any parcels returned to KHROMIS due to unpaid customer charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, although it’s often shorter. Depending on the shipping destination, we use FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT for international orders. Orders for Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 3-5 business days. All items in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 14 business days upon the confirmation of your order.
You’ll receive a tracking number shortly after shipping is dispatched, so you can check on the status of your shipment.
Please note that delivery times are only for references only. KHROMIS is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to customs clearance etc. For international orders, please account for extra time and ensure you are available to provide any additional information to customs.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 10 business days from the day of the dispatch confirmation email, so that we can make a claim against the delivery courier. Free shipping is offered all orders shipped within Hong Kong.
Additionally, for single net order over US$400, free shipping will be offered to all international shipping destinations. For order less than US$400, international delivery will be charged at a flat rate between US$10 to US$20, depending on final shipping destination.
