You can check the progress of your order by logging into your KHROMIS account on our website and then click “My Orders” in the menu on the left side of the page, the current status of your KHROMIS orders will be displayed. Additionally, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order by email. Alternatively, you can email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@khromis.com for more information  

If you have had an eye test, then you may already have your prescription provided to you that lists your sphere (SF or SPH), pupillary distance (PD) and possibility the presence of astigmatism / cylinder (C or CYL) and an axis (A, As, AXI, ASX or AXIS). We will need this prescription to prepare your prescription KHROMIS optical eyewear.


If you do not know your prescription, we would recommend that you contact your optician or optometrist and perform an eye exam. Do not forget to obtain a copy of your prescription after your test.


Alternatively, if you already have a pair of prescription eyewear that you are currently wearing and happy with the prescription, you can drop by our Flagship store in Hong Kong and we can check the prescription for you! We do not perform prescription check at our Flagship store as we believe this should be done professionally by qualified opticians or optometrists together with your eye exam.

All orders are shipped with KHROMIS eyewear case and KHROMIS microfiber cleaning cloth inside KHROMIS package box. In the case of KHROMIS sunglasses, an additional microfiber pouch will be included, and for all KHROMIS clip-on, it will include our signature clip-on case and microfiber pouch. 

KHROMIS offers Non-Prescription optical eyewear, Prescription optical eyewear and Non-Prescription Sunglasses. KHROMIS Prescription optical eyewear price is inclusive of Essilor Anti-UV lens. Customer can upgrade their prescription lens to Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens as an add-on option of US$50. 


All KHROMIS eyewear are Made in Japan to ensure high quality and precise craftsmanship as well as comfort. 

The measurements of KHROMIS eyewear can be found on the right side of the Product page.

For example:

LENS // 48 (Refers to the width of the lenses, in this case it is 48mm)
BRIDGE // 21 (Refers to the length of the nose bridge, in this case it is 21mm)
TEMPLE // 145 (Refers to the length of the temples, in this case it is 145mm) 

KHROMIS offers two type of prescription lens for our optical eyewear: Essilor Anti-UV lens and Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens. 


KHROMIS optical eyewear with Essilor Anti-UV lens or Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens include the following coating: 

  • Dual Anti-UV E-SPF25 coating to protect your eyes on a daily basis and maintaining your long-term eye health. 
  • Anti-glare coating to eliminate reflections and ensures the best vision in all light conditions 
  • Anti-Scratch coating to improve durability 
  • Anti-Smudge coating to prevent fingerprint and smudges on the lens  
  • Anti-Dust coating to prevent dust 
  • Water-resistant coating 

You can upgrade your prescription lens to Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens as an add-on option for US$50. Essilor Anti-Blue Ray lens filters out harmful blue-violet light while letting in the good light that regulates sleep and mood and boosts brain activity. 


Both of the Essilor lens we offered are available at zero prescription for those customers who wish to have the Essilor lens for its protective coatings but without any prescription. Please simply input “zero” in the prescription submission page and select your preferred Essilor Lens: Anti-UV or Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV. 


For those customers who plan to purchase Optical Eyewear (non-sunglasses) only and does not require Essilor lens, they are eligible to receive a 10% discount on their Optical Frame. Please select “No Prescription” on the Product page. The discount will then automatically be applied to your Optical Eyewear order. 

We currently offer two ways to submit your valid prescription:


A) Enter Manually on Product Page:

  • Select your preferred Prescription Lens options:
    • Essilor Anti-UV lens
    • Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens
  • Input the below 4 categories of your Prescription:
    • Sphere (S, SF, SPH) of each eye
    • Cylinder (C or CYL) of each eye – Please note not everyone has astigmatism (cylinder), so this information might not be on your prescription. If not, please fill in the cylinder and axis as 0.
    • Axis (A, As, AXI, AXS) of each eye – Please note Axis value is only valid if there is a cylinder value.
    • The pupillary distance (PD) of each eye

B) Choose the option to send your prescription later. You can send your prescription to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@khromis.com once you’ve obtained it

The price for all optical eyewear, inclusive of Essilor Anti-UV prescription lens, starts at US$260. If you wish to upgrade to include Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV prescription lens, that will be an additional US$50 for this add-on option. If you do not require any Essilor prescription lens, please select “No Prescription” on the product page, you will then be eligible for a 10% discount automatically at checkout! All KHROMIS optical eyewear will come with our signature optical case and microfiber cleaning cloth. 


The price for KHROMIS sunglasses prices starts at US$320. All KHROMIS sunglasses will come with our signature sunglasses case, microfiber cleaning cloth and microfiber pouch. 


The price for KHROMIS clip-on selections are sold separately as an accessory at the starting price of US$100. All KHROMIS clip-on orders will come with our signature clip-on case and microfiber pouch.

KHROMIS offers prescription lens with a maximum cylinder between -2.00 and +2.00. In order for us to make suitable prescription lens with Cylinder, we just need the values of your cylinder (C or Cyl) and the axis (A, AXI, AXS). There is no additional cost for prescription lens with astigmatism within the stated range! 

PD, or pupillary distance, refers to the distance in mm between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. Having a correct PD on your eyewear prescription insures that you are looking through the ideal spot in your prescription lenses. If this number is not provided on your prescription, you can also measure it yourself. 

Measure PD yourself 

  • Stand 8inch away from a mirror. 
  • Place a ruler directly over the center of your right pupil so that the ruler is horizontal. Place against forehead for added stability.  
  • While looking straight ahead, measure the distance from the center of your right pupil to the center of your left pupil. 
  • Repeat a couple times for accuracy and use an average for your final measurement  
  • Divide the final PD measurement by 2 to generate your individual left eye PD and right eye PD figures  

For additional accuracy assurance, KHROMIS seeks PD for your left eye and right eye individually. If your prescription only has one PD number, please divide the number by 2 to generate your left PD and right PD figures.

Please note that your order might face additional charges upon importation clearance at the country of destination. The receiver will be contacted by our shipping partners for the standard rate of importing goods, and it is subject to change.


KHROMIS online shop displays prices free of any duty and taxes. As KHROMIS ships all online orders from Hong Kong, international customers are responsible to pay their respective local duties and taxes. 


As customs policies and import duties vary between different counties, international customers should contact your local customs office for current duties and custom tax charges. 


International customers are responsible for any parcels returned to KHROMIS due to unpaid customer charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.


Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, although it’s often shorter. Depending on the shipping destination, we use FedEx, DHL, UPS and TNT for international orders. Orders for Hong Kong are delivered by a local courier service, usually within 3-5 business days. All items in stock will be delivered within a maximum of 14 business days upon the confirmation of your order.


You’ll receive a tracking number shortly after shipping is dispatched, so you can check on the status of your shipment.


Please note that delivery times are only for references only. KHROMIS is not responsible for any unforeseen delays due to customs clearance etc. For International orders, please account for extra time and ensure you are available to provide any additional information to customs.


If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 10 business days from the day of the dispatch confirmation email, so that we can claim against the delivery courier. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. Please see the "Return" page for further details or contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@khromis.com.

Free shipping is offered to all orders shipped within Hong Kong.


Additionally, for single net order over US$400, free shipping will be offered to all international shipping destinations. 

For order less than US$400, international delivery will be charged at a flat rate between US$10 to US$20, depending on final shipping destination.

If you are not fully happy with your order, email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@khromis.com and you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition.
 Once the product is returned to KHROMIS, you will be entitled to receive a refund net of the Refund Fee and Prescription Lens Fee, where applicable. Items that are not in original condition or appeared previously used are not eligible for refunds.


Prescription Lens Fee

For orders with Essilor Anti-UV lens, a Prescription Lens Fee of US$50 will be deducted from the refund amount. For orders with Essilor Anti-Blue Ray and Anti-UV lens, a Prescription Lens Fee of US$100 will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund Fee for Returns


  • Hong Kong Returns


There will be no Refund Fee for orders in Hong Kong. You can either drop your return into our Flagship store at 1 Tai Ping Shan Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong; or email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@khromis.com and fill in the enclosed courier form to use for the return shipment.




  • US, UK and Canada Returns


Email us at customerservice@khromis.com and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A Refund Fee of US $20 will be deducted from your refund per order to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.


  • Rest of International Returns


International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier. No additional Refund Fee will be applied.

Returns typically take up to 10 business days to be processed once we have confirmed received of your return, and credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
